Background: from discovery to strategy
Lux Entertainment operates at the intersection of creativity, technology, and large-scale event production: their brand identity is dynamic, vibrant, and immersive. It was clear from the beginning that the website had to function not just as a business card but as an emotional and narrative tool.
I mapped out key user types: potential visitors eager to experience their events, companies seeking experiential partnerships, and creatives looking to join the team. For each audience segment, I defined their primary motivations and needs. This research informed the structure of the website and the types of content across the main pages.
After this step, I was finally able to pinpoint the problems of the previous website and the main challenges I faced.
